                           JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking directions to approve

the appointment of the 5th respondent as HST (Social

Science). The petitioner is a Manager of an aided school. It is

submitted that though appointment of the 5 th respondent as

HST has been made on 29.07.2019, approval was rejected by

the 4th respondent and the appeal against the same was also

rejected by the 3rd respondent. The 2nd respondent has also

rejected the further appeal. The petitioner has, therefore,

approached the 1st respondent with Ext.P6 revision petition

and seeks a consideration thereof. It is submitted that the

same is pending before the 1st respondent.

2. Having heard the learned Government Pleader also,

there will be a direction to the 1 st respondent to take up,

consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 revision petition preferred

by the petitioner with notice to the petitioner as well as the

5th respondent and after hearing them through any WP(C) NO. 16354 OF 2021

appropriate means including video conferencing within a

period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of

this judgment.

This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
