                                              ORDER

The learned Senior Government Pleader submits that the learned

Special Government Pleader (Revenue) who was looking into these

cases has demitted office and therefore he requires more time and

further that necessary instructions and advice would be given to the

respondent-RDO to provisionally comply with the directions in the

judgments in the W.P.(C)s, by stipulating payment of fee on the basis

of fair value of the subject property as on the date of the application,

subject to the condition that in case the State and the Department are

successful in the writ appeal filed by them against the judgments of the

said W.P.(C), then the petitioners herein will have to pay the higher fee

based on the verdict in the said writ appeals, etc.
