                                               ORDER

None appears for the petitioners. The learned Senior

Government Pleader submits that proceedings under Section 6A of the

Kerala Land Tax Act has already been issued by the respondent

Thahasildar in these two cases, but that the altered entry made in the

BTR is showing the nature of the land as 'സസ്വഭഭാവ വവ്യതതിയഭാനന വരരുതതിയ

പരുരയതിടന' and that since the same is not proper, instructions have

already been given by him to the respondent Thahsildar to correct the

said entry as purayidom/garden land and not as 'സസ്വഭഭാവ വവ്യതതിയഭാനന

വരരുതതിയ പരുരയതിടന' and that two weeks' time may be granted.

List the case on 01.09.2021.
