          ELANMKUNNAMPUZHA, ERNAKULAM- 682 503.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to implement the above
   clarification in the judgment of this Honourable Court in the above
   petition dated 23rd day of July, 2021.

        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's judgment
   dated 23/07/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.RAJIT, Advocate
   for the petitioner in IA/R1 in OP(FC) and of M/S. N.P.SAMUEL &
   B.V.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocates for the respondents in IA/petitioners in
   OP(FC), the court passed the following:

                                          ORDER

This I.A is filed before us for clarification of the order dated

23/07/2021.Wehave, infact, ordered interaction of the child on every

Saturdays, except second Saturdays. And during Onam, we permitted first

petitioner to have custody of the child from 18/08/2021 to 20/08/2021.

20/08/2021 is Friday. We had never intended to grant custody of the

child on the following Saturday ie. (21/08/2021) Thiruvonam day. The

child shall be returned to the respondents on 20/08/2021 at 4.00 p.m. as

ordered. We make it clear that the petitioners will not be entitled for

custody on Thiruvonam day. However, they will be entitled for custody as

ordered in the judgment itself.
