        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
   of the decree passed by the court of the Munsiff Magistrate of Ponnani in
   OS.133/2012 on its file as modified in AS.43/2014 on the files of the
   Court of the Subordinate Judge of Tirur, pending disposal of this appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments

Execution of the decree and judgment modified by the first appellate court in item No.3 of the decretal portion in AS.No.43/2014 on the file of the Sub Court,Tirur confirming the judgment and decree of the Munsiff Court, Ponnani in OS.No.133/2012 stands stayed for a period of three months.
