                                     JUDGMENT

Dated this the 5th of August 2021

The petitioner prays for a direction to the

Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-III, Punalur to

dispose of Ext.P3 petition filed by him. It is

understood that the learned Magistrate has issued

notice on that petition to the accused in

C.C.No.880/2014 pending on the files of that court.

The petitioner states that the accused is making

preparations to go abroad and if she goes abroad, she

will not be available for trial and would therefore

abscond. The petitioner wants an assurance that she

appears before the court for trial and therefore filed

Ext.P3 petition.

The Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-III,

Punalur is directed to dispose of Ext.P3 petition as O.P.(Crl) No. 279 of 2021

expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period

of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this

Judgment. With these observations, the Original

Petition is disposed of.
