        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment of the Family Court, Irinjalakuda in OP No.1001/2015 dated
   07.05.2021, pending disposal of the above appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S.BIJU MARTIN and SALIM M.M., Advocates for the applicant and of
   S.KARTHIKA(CAVEATOR) for the Respondent the court passed the following:
