                          JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during

the pendency of the writ petition the respondent University

has decided to keep the petitioner on the rolls and would

also be seeking approval for the same. In this view of the

matter, the relief as sought for direction to the respondent to

allow the petitioner to continue, no longer subsists but

liberty is granted in case of non-grant of approval. The writ

petition is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty

aforementioned.
