                                           ORDER

The documents placed on record as Annexure-A4 is the

decision taken by the Traffic Regulatory Committee, Pala,

pursuant to the directions contained in Annexure-A1 judgment of

this Court dated 22.12.2020 in W.P.(C)No.15247 of 2020.

During the course of arguments, the submission made by

the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the specific

directions contained in Annexure-A1 judgment has given a go-by

by the Traffic Regulatory Committee, which is a statutory

authority constituted under Section 72 of the Kerala Police Act,

2011, while taking such a decision.

The respondent is directed to file the affidavit explaining

the facts and circumstances, within three weeks.

As requested by the learned Standing Counsel for the

Municipality, list on 01.09.2021.
