 OP(CRL.) NO. 274 OF 2021 2

                                      JUDGMENT

Inter alia it is contended that Ext.P2, an

application for interim maintenance so far not disposed

of by the Family Court concerned and hence sought

direction to have an expeditious disposal of the matter.

I am aware of the restriction imposed under the present

situation in relation to the ongoing pandemic Covid-19,

but in so far as interim maintenance is concerned, it

requires urgent consideration as it is a matter

pertaining to the livelihood of the person concerned,

for which there cannot be any kind of compromise.

Hence, there will be a direction to dispose of the said

application within 20 days from the date of intimation

of this judgment.

The Registry shall intimate the judgment to the

concerned Family Court.

The OP(Crl) is disposed of accordingly.
