                                   O R D E R

Dated this the 4th day of August 2021

The petitioner is the 1st accused in S.C.No.284/2017

pending on the files of the Assistant Sessions Court,

Muvattupuzha for having allegedly committed an offence

punishable under Section 308 read with Section 34 of the

I.P.C. The petitioner was absconding and hence there is a

warrant pending against him. He therefore seeks indulgence

of this Court to direct the Assistant Sessions Court,

Muvattupuzha to consider his application for bail when he

appears.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and

the learned Public Prosecutor.

3. The Crl.M.C. is allowed and the petitioner is

directed to surrender before the Assistant Sessions Court,

Muvattupuzha in S.C.No.284/2017 pending on the files of

that court and file an application for recalling the

warrant and apply for fresh bail. The application for bail Crl.M.C. No.3449 of 2021

so filed by the petitioner shall be considered and disposed

of preferably on the very same day.
