                                JUDGMENT

Dated this the 2nd day of August, 2021

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that

steps are being taken to make appointments as against 22 more posts

of Class-IV employees from the list brought into force on 8.10.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that if the

said 22 vacancies are filled up from the said list, the petitioners will

get employment and therefore, they have no further contentions in

the matter.

In the above view of the matter, this Contempt of Court

Case is closed recording the submission of the respondents that 22

more persons will be appointed from the list dated 8.10.2018.
