   this court's Judgment dated 16-09-2020 in OP(C), the court on the same day

                                        ORDER

As per the judgment dated 16.09.2020 in O.P.(C).No.1258

of 2020 this court has directed the learned Munsiff, Pathanamthitta

to dispose of O.S.No.313 of 2017 at the earliest preferably before

closing of the court for mid summer vacation in the year 2021. Now

the learned Munsiff has sought for, extension of time for a period of

four months to dispose of the matter. Request for extension of time

as sought for is granted.

The learned Munsiff shall dispose of O.S.No.313 of 2017

within a period of four months from today. Communicate the order.
