                    J U D G M E N T

The above Writ Petition is filed for

issuing appropriate directions to the 2nd

respondent to consider Ext.P2 as

expeditiously as possible. Ext.P2 is an

application in Form 7 in accordance to

Section 27A of the Kerala Conservation of

Paddy Land and Wetland (Amendment) Act.

Since the petitioner is limiting his prayer

to issue direction to consider Ext.P2 only,

this Writ Petition itself can be disposed of

allowing that prayer.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is

disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to

consider and pass appropriate orders in

accordance to law on Ext.P2 as expeditiously WP(C).No.3012 OF 2021(B)

as is possible, at any rate, within a period

of one month from the date of receipt of a

copy of this judgment.
