                            JUDGMENT

Dated this the 20th day of April 2021

for the respondent.

2. The petitioner is operating on the route

Valakam - Anakkulam on the basis of a permit issued

in respect to stage carriage bearing No.KL-25J-6543.

The petitioner has submitted Ext.P1 application on

26.03.2021 praying for a revision of timing and the

grievance of the petitioner is that no action has

been taken so far on the said petition.

3. In the nature of the limited prayer made in

the writ petition, the respondent is directed to

consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 application at

the earliest, at any rate, within six weeks from the

date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
