                                JUDGMENT

This Writ Petition is filed for a

direction, directing respondents 1 and 2 to

afford adequate police protection to conduct

fish farming on the basis of Ext.P1

agreement without any interference from

respondents 3 to 7 and their men and agents.

2. The respondents 3 to 7 have

entered appearance through counsel and

submits that they have no intention to

obstruct the fish farming being conducted by

the petitioner. This is recorded. The

learned Government Pleader, on instructions,

submits that there is no law and order

situation in the locality. Recording the

said submissions, this Writ Petition is W.P.(C) No.8686 of 2021

disposed of. In case if there is any law

and order situation, respondents 1 and 2

shall take necessary steps to maintain the

law and order in the locality.

This Writ Petition is disposed of.
