                Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the

affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an order of

stay of operation and all proceedings pursuant to the decree and

judgment in O.S.No.143 of 2015 on the file of the Subordinate Judge's

Court, Chavakkad, pending disposal of the above Regular First Appeal.

               This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the

affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's order dated

12.02.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S P.B. KRISHNAN, B.

Since the date of expiry of the order of stay falls during the Summer Vacation, the learned counsel seeks for getting get extension of the same now.

In that event, order dated 12.02.2021 is reviewed and the order is modified and confined till this day and extended further for a period of two months from this day.
