to    suspend the execution of sentence in judgment dated 08.05.2017 in C.C.No.291/2012 of
the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Kasaragode having been confirmed by the District and
Sessions Judge, Kasaragode as per common judgment in Crl.Appeal No.104/2017 and grant
bail to him on such terms and conditions to secure the ends of justice.


          This application coming on for admission upon perusing the application, and upon
hearing the arguments of M/S HEMALATHA, BINU GEORGE, Advocates for the petitioner
and the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondent, the court passed the following;

Execution of sentence imposed on the

petitioner is suspended on condition of the

petitioner executing a bond for Rs.50,000/-

(Rupees fifty thousand only) with two solvent

sureties for the like amount, to the satisfaction

of the trial court and on remittance of the fine

imposed within one month.
