  Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court
be pleased to stay the impugned Judgment in A.S.46/2018 dated 21-12-2019 of the Subordinate
Judge's Court, Punalur, until disposal of the above FAO(RO).

  This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit filed in
support thereof, and this court's order dated 18-02-2021 and upon hearing the arguments of
M/S.BINU MATHEW & T.M.KRISHNA PRIYA, Advocates for the petitioner and of M/S.
SUBHASH CYRIAC & S.SREEJITH, Advocates for the respondents, the court passed the following:

                                                ORDER

Since the date of expiry of the order of stay falls during summer vacation, the learned counsel seeks for getting extension of the same now. In that event, order dated 18.02.2021 is reviewed and the order is modified and confined to this day and extended further for a period of two months from this day.
