Court, Thalassery, to the extent it modifying the injunction

127/2010 of Munsiff Court, Thalassery, to the effect construction
in the Plaint 'B' schedule property, pending disposal of the

     This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this
