  Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
Court be pleased to extend the time limit fixed as per the judgment in the above case for a
period of 3 weeks from 22.03.2021 to 12.04.2021.


  This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit filed in
support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.PROMODH KUMAR, MAYA
CHANDRAN, Advocates for the petitioner and of SMT. A.SINDHULAKSHMY, Advocate
for the respondents, the court passed the following:
                                                 ORDER

This is an application to extend the time limit fixed as per the judgment for a period of three weeks from 22.03.2021 to 12.04.2021. Heard. Allowed. In view of the ensuing summer vacation, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks time to pay the arrears of rent in accordance with the decree to the decree holder directly.

Considering the submission made, the appellant is permitted to pay all arrears of rent, in accordance with the decree, to the decree holder directly, as evidenced by records.
