                      JUDGMENT

Seeking change of nature of the property of the

petitioner having an extent of 2.35 Ares situated

in old Sy. No.794/1 in R.S. 420/1 of Thiruvankulam

village, the petitioner has filed Ext.P4

application in Form-6 in terms of Section 27A of

the Kerala Conservation of Paddy land and Wetland

Act. According to the petitioner, the property in

question is not included in the data bank and the

property was never used for cultivation of paddy.

2. The second respondent shall consider Ext.P4

application (Form-6) on obtaining necessary data/

material, including verification of the data bank

and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

The same shall be done within a period of four

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.
