                                J U D G M E N T

Mukkam Municipality has filed this review

petition pointing out that the Municipality had

already started the work relating to the construction

of toilet complex under the Government Scheme 'Take a

Break'. It is also pointed out that the submissions

made by the learned Government Pleader that

permission is yet to be granted to the Municipality

for starting the construction is not correct as

tender was already invited and the construction had

already started under the aforesaid programme, which

is a Government Scheme.

The Review Petition is disposed of recording the

same.
