THIS WRIT APPEAL IS FILED UNDER SECTION 4 OF THE
KARNATAKA HIGH COURT ACT PRAYING TO SET ASIDE THE
ORDER DATED 07.04.2025 PASSED BY THE LEARNED SINGLE
JUDGE IN WRIT PETITION No.34794 OF 2024 AND ETC.

THIS APPEAL, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING,
THIS DAY, JUDGMENT WAS DELIVERED THEREIN AS UNDER:

CORAM: HON'BLE MR. VIBHU BAKHRU ,CHIEF JUSTICE
       and
       HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE C M JOSHI

                       ORAL JUDGMENT

(PER: HON'BLE MR. VIBHU BAKHRU,CHIEF JUSTICE)

1. The appellant has filed the present appeal impugning an

order dated 07.04.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.35167/2024,

34794/2024 and 35279/2024. The present appeal is confined to

the impugned order insofar as it relates to Writ Petition

No.34794/2024. The said petition was filed challenging a tender

which has since been withdrawn. Therefore, the appellant's

grievance in respect of the tender that was subject matter of

challenge in Writ Petition No.34794/2024 does not survive.

2. The present appeal is, accordingly, disposed of.

HC-KAR

3. We clarify that all rights and contentions of the parties are

reserved and the disposal of the present appeal could not preclude

the appellant from advancing such contentions as raised in other

appeal.
