                         ORAL ORDER

On 18.11.2023, the learned counsel for the revision

petitioner submitted that the revision petitioner/accused is

reported to be dead. However, this Court directed the learned

HCGP to verify the same through the jurisdictional Police and to

produce the death certificate along with the report of the

concerned Police.

2. The learned HCGP submitted that he has confirmed

the death of the revision petitioner through the jurisdictional

Police and to that effect, today, he filed a memo.

3. The memo is placed on record.

4. In view of the same, the revision petition does not

survive for consideration and the same stands abated.
