                                ORAL ORDER

As per order dated 28.06.2024, matter was referred for

mediation. Same has returned with report as settled,

drawing a memorandum of agreement incorporating terms of

settlement, which is signed by parties.

2. Parties are present and identified by their

respective counsel.

3. On interaction with parties, they stated that,

terms of compromise are explained to them after

understanding same, they have entered into settlement.

4. Perused terms of compromise. It is also

submitted that, in terms of compromise an amount of

Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh Only) has been paid to

respondent by way of Demand Draft as per paragraph no.13

and even jewelry has been returned as stated in paragraph

no.15 of compromise petition. Respondent acknowledges

compliance with conditions.

5. Compromise petition is accepted.

Revision petition is disposed of in terms of compromise.
