This contempt proceeding is initiated under Sections

11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 r/w Article

215 of the Constitution of India for willful disobedience of

the order passed by the learned Single Judge on the writ

side in W.P.Nos.17115/2021 dated 21.09.2021 as per

Annexure-A.

2. Learned counsel, namely, Sri Mohammed

Taher, for the complainant is present before the Court

physically. Similarly, learned Government Advocate,

Sri Devaraj C.H., for respondents/accused.

3. Learned Government Advocate for the

respondents/accused has filed detailed affidavit along with

Annexures in compliance of the order passed by the

learned Single Judge in the aforesaid writ petition.

4. However, keeping in view the submission made

by the learned Government Advocate for the

respondents/accused so also having gone through the

contents of the compliance affidavit, it is deemed

appropriate to state that there is no consequence to

persuade the contempt petition in further. Consequently,

the contempt proceeding is hereby dropped.
