Counsel for the appellant is absent. No

representation even though the matter is passed over

twice and called again at 12.11 p.m.

2. The order sheet dated 07.08.2024 reads as

under :

"As prayed for by learned Counsel for the appellant, finally, a week's time is granted for compliance of office objections."

3. In spite of the above, the office objections are not

complied with even though this matter is listed for the

fourth time. It appears that the appellant is not interested

in prosecuting the appeal. Hence, appeal is dismissed.
