Learned counsel for the respondent is present.

After obtaining the interim order, there is no progress in

the matter. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that

even the interim order passed by this Court on 03.08.2022 is

not complied.

Taking note of these aspects of the matter and also

taking note of the fact that revision petitioner/accused has

suffered an order of conviction under Section 138 of the

Negotiable Instruments Act, revision petition is dismissed for

non prosecution.
