ORDER
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the
following relief;
"WHEREFORE, the petitioner most humbly pray that this Hon'ble Court, be pleased to set aside the Judgment and decree dated 05.06.2018 passed by xv addl. Judge, court of small causes and xxiii acmm, mayo hall unit, Bengaluru in sc.no.15323/2016 at Annexure-A and allow this petition with costs and dismiss the suit filed by respondent and grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deems to fit to grant under the circumstances of the case".
2. A memo dated 27.5.2024 has been filed and signed by
the learned counsel for the petitioner, which reads as
under;

"The above named petitioner most respectfully submit before this Hon'ble court to withdraw this above petition as not pressed for the reason being infructuous. Hence this hon'ble Court may be pleased to dismiss the petition as not pressed in the interest of justice".
