                                   JUDGMENT

Appellant is present before the Court. On enquiry, she

submits that she has two children who are pursuing their

studies and she needs maintenance amount immediately. She

further submits that respondent has insisted that, only if she

withdraws the appeal he pays her maintenance amount and he

had agreed to file memorandum of settlement in the

proceeding under Section 125 Cr.P.C pending before

Doddaballapura Court. Considering the same, she is permitted

to withdraw the appeal.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
