1. The appellant is before this Court seeking for the

following reliefs:

a. Call for records in O.S.No.34 of 2006 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Channarayapatna and in also R.A.No.33 of 2013 on the file of the 4th Addl. District & Sessions Court, Channarayapatna.

b. Set-aside the Judgment and decree dated 13.11.2012 passed in O.S.No.34 of 2006 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Channarayapatna and also the Judgment dated 22.04.2015 passed in R.A.No.33 of 2013 on the file of the 4th Addl. District & Sessions Court, Channarayapatna.

c. To grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant in the circumstances of the case, to meet the ends of the justice.

2. None appears for the appellant though called thrice,

twice in the morning session and once in the

afternoon session. It appears that the appellant is

not interested in prosecuting the matter. The appeal

is dismissed for non-prosecution.
