                             ORDER

None present on behalf of the revision petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent is present.

2. Revision petition came to be filed on 22.07.2021.

After obtaining the order of suspension of sentence, there is no

progress in the case. Matter was listed on 08.07.2022,

26.06.2023 and subsequently, on 11.03.2024. Finally, the

matter was listed on 20.03.2024 where under, the postal

acknowledgement for having served the copy on the

respondent was filed.

3. By order dated, 03.04.2024, amount in deposit is

ordered to be withdrawn by learned counsel for the respondent,

since, accused has suffered an order of conviction under

Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and ordered to

pay fine in a sum of Rs.3,00,000/-.

4. There is no justification in adjourning the matter.

Accordingly, revision petition is dismissed for non

prosecution.
