                                 ORDER

Sri.Shekar.L., learned counsel for the review petitioner

has appeared in person.

The captioned Review Petition is listed today for orders

regarding noncompliance with office objections, with the

consent of learned counsel for the petitioner, it is heard finally.

The Review petition is filed seeking a review of the order

dated:20.12.2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition

No.15162/2023 (L-KSRTC). The review petitioner was the

respondent in the Writ Petition, he was served and

unrepresented. He had neither engaged the services of an

advocate nor conducted the case as a party in person. This

Court disposed of the Writ Petition on the merits of the case.

There is no error apparent on the face of the record. The

Review Petition is liable to be rejected and accordingly, it is

rejected.
