                              ORDER

Though this review petition was filed on 18.11.2022,

the matter was listed before the Court on 23.06.2023. At

the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, a

week's time was granted to comply with the office

objections. Again, the matter was listed on 13.07.2023. at

the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, a

week's time was granted. Yet again the matter was listed

on 19.01.2024. At the request of the learned counsel for

the petitioner, two weeks time was granted. In spite of

granting sufficient opportunity, the petitioner has not

complied with the office objections. It seems that the

petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the review

petition.

Accordingly, the review petition is dismissed for non-

compliance of office objections.
