THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

                            ORDER

Both the petitioner and the respondent are present before

the Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a

memo for withdrawal stating that the respondent filed two

complaints against the petitioner and the said two complaints

came to be allowed and convicted the petitioner. Now both the

cases are settled amicably between the parties and hence this

petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. The amount in deposit

before the Trial Court in C.C.No.29781/2017 may be released in

favour of the respondent.

3. In view of the memo, the criminal revision petition is

dismissed as withdrawn.
