                          ORDER

This Court, vide order dated 09.03.2023 made an

observation that this matter is filed in the year 2021 but till

date, office objections are not complied with and granted two

weeks' time to comply with the office objections on cost of

Rs.1,000/- and also made it clear that if office objections are

not complied within the stipulated time, the appeal will be

dismissed on the next date of hearing. Even though two

weeks' time was granted on 09.03.2023, the office objections

are not complied and cost also not paid. Hence, the appeal is

dismissed for non-compliance of office objections and non-

payment of cost.
