JUDGMENT
Mr.Venkatesh Somareddy, learned counsel for Mr.
Ganapathi Bhat, learned counsel for appellant.
Mr.Ajith A Shetty, learned counsel for respondent.
The parties have appeared through video conferencing.
2. This appeal has been filed against judgment and
decree dated 20.11.2021, by which petition filed by the
appellant seeking dissolution of marriage has been
dismissed.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant while inviting
attention of this Court to the memo of documents filed on
behalf of the appellant submitted that the dispute has been
amicably resolved between the parties and a joint memo has
been filed before the Family Court in G & W.C.No.06/2022.
In view of the aforesaid submission, as agreed to by
the parties, the marriage performed between them is
dissolved by decree of divorce and the appeal is disposed of
in terms of compromise arrived at between the parties.
