                          JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the appellant is absent. There is no representation on behalf of the appellant.

This appeal is of the year 2016. It is revealed from the

order sheet that, till today the appellant has not taken steps

for service of notice to the respondent. Even on the last date of hearing also, the learned counsel for the appellant

was absent and this Court has observed that, if steps are not

taken within one week, the appeal will be dismissed for non-

prosecution.

In the above circumstances, it appears that the

appellant/complainant is not interested in prosecuting the

appeal. Hence, the appeal stands dismissed for not taking

steps in respect of issuance of notice to the respondent/accused.
