THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER
Heard Sri Arjun Rao, learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner and Smt. Natasha N. Murthy, learned counsel
appearing for respondent No.3.
2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking an
innocuous prayer i.e. a direction by issuance of writ in the
nature of mandamus to the Debt Recovery Tribunal- I, to
dispose of SA No.116/2022 which is reserved for orders on
26-5-2022.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits
that the arguments are concluded and judgment was reserved
on 26th May 2022. It is the further submission of the
petitioner that the matter was listed on 12th August 2022, on
which day, the Tribunal notices that there are other connected
matters which are necessary to be disposed of and reserved the
matter for orders.
4. The submission is, till date no orders are passed on
any of the cases which the DRT sought to include in terms of
the order dated 12th August 2022. Therefore, the Debt
Recovery Tribunal, shall endeavour to conclude the proceedings
of the petitioner or any other connected cases as is observed in
the order dated 12th August 2022, as expeditiously as
possible, at any rate, within three months from the date of
receipt of the copy of this order, if not earlier.
