     THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING,
THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
                         ORDER

It is the grievance of the petitioner to consider the

representation dated 25.11.2023 (Annexure-H) seeking

incorporation of the name of the petitioner in revenue

records on the demise of his mother -

Smt. Narayanamma.

2. Heard Sri Arvind N for Sri Mohan Kumara D,

learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Harisha A.S.,

learned Additional Government Advocate for the

respondents.

3. Perusal of the Annexure-E, proceedings in RRT

(CR) 356/2022-223 would indicate that the suits are

pending consideration in respect of the subject land. In

that view of the matter, there is no impediment for the

respondent No.3 to incorporate the name of the petitioner

in the place of Smt. Narayanamma along with Smt.

Venkatamma in the revenue records and the same is

subject to the result of the judgment and decree that may

be made by the Competent Court in O.S.Nos.865/2015

and 545/2016.

4. With these observations, respondent No.3 is

directed to incorporate the name of the petitioner in the

place of Smt. Narayanamma in the revenue records along

with Venkatamma within two months from the date of

receipt of the copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
