     THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY,
THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

                          ORDER

1. None appears for the petitioner.

2. In spite of granting more than six months time, the

office objections were not complied. On 09.08.2023, when

the matter was posted before the Registrar (P & H), none

appeared for the petitioner. Again on 21.08.2023 when

the matter was posted before this Court, none appeared

for the petitioner and office objections were not complied.

Hence the matter was directed to be posted today

(22.08.2023) for dismissal.

3. Even today when the matter is called out, none

appears for the petitioner and office objections were not

complied. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in

prosecuting the petition. Hence, the petition is dismissed

for non-prosecution.
