      This Regular First Appeal is filed under Section 96 of
CPC, praying to allow the appeal and set aside the
impugned judgment and decree which was partly allowed
by the Senior Civil Judge & JMFC, Bhalki in
O.S.No.03/2016 dated 19.12.2019 as far as the land
Sy.No.65/3 measuring 02 acres 20 guntas situated at
Kudli, Tq. Bhalki, Dist. Bidar and thereby granting the 1/6 th
share to the appellants.

      This appeal coming on for orders this day, the Court
