      This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227
of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of
certiorari in the nature of quashing the impugned
judgment and award dated 27.06.2014 passed in LAC
No.424/2012 by the learned Senior Civil Judge Afzalpur,
Vide Annexure-A and etc.

     This petition coming on for Orders this day, the
Court made the following:

The learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a

memo seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this

writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
