complainant.

This petition has been filed for non-compliance

of the directions contained in the order dated

23.06.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge in

W.P.No.5065/2021.

2. Admittedly, in pursuance of the directions

contained the aforesaid order, the Tahsildar has

decided the representation submitted by the

complainant and has passed an order on 03.06.2022.

3. In view of the aforesaid subsequent

development, we are not inclined to proceed further

with the contempt proceeding.

Accordingly, the same is disposed of with liberty

to the complainant to assail the order dated

03.06.2022, in accordance with law.
