      This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227
of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of
certiorari in the nature of quashing the impugned
judgment and award dated 27.06.2014 passed in LAC
No.431/2012 by the learned Senior Civil Judge Afzalpur,
Vide. Annexure-A and etc.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a

writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
