      This Regular Second Appeal is filed under Section
100 of CPC, praying to allow the appeal by setting aside
the impugned judgment and decree dated 22.01.2018 in
R.A.No.66/2014 of the 1st Addl. District Judge, Vijaypur
and decree the suit dated 19.03.2008 in O.S.No.391/2005
on the file of Prl. Civil Judge (Jr.Dn.) at Vijayapur.


      This RSA coming on for orders this day, the Court
delivered the following:

                           JUDGMENT

The appellants called out. Absent.

The appeal is pending since 2018 and inspite of

granting sufficient opportunities, the office objections are

not complied with. Hence, it is evident that the appellants

are not interested in prosecuting the appeal.

Under such circumstances, the appeal is dismissed

for non-compliance of office objections.
