                     JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that

he has filed a Memo seeking withdrawal of the appeal.

Submission is placed on record.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn in terms of the Memo dated 11.04.2022,

which reads as under:

"On behalf of the Appellant, it is most respectfully submitted that the above case has been settled between the parties before the Mega Lok-Adalath held on 07.02.2022 at Chamarajanagar in Execution case No.38/2018 filed by the Appellant on the file of Civil Judge Sr. Dn. and CJM, Chamarajanagar and in Execution case No.10/2017 filed by the Respondent on the file of Civil Judge Sr.Dn. and CJM, Chamarajanagar and hence the Appellant may kindly be permitted to withdraw the above Appeal, in the interest of justice."
