                    JUDGMENT

Learned Amicus Curiae submits memo with certified

copy of the order dated 25.08.2020 of the trial Court in

S.C.No.2063/2018. He seeks withdrawal of the appeal on

the ground that the appellant is released on probation of

good conduct exercising power under the Probation of

Offenders Act, 1958. The certified copy of the order of

the trial Court dated 25.08.2020 shows that the appellant

is released on probation of good conduct.

2. In the light of the same, the appeal is

dismissed as withdrawn. In view of dismissal of the

appeal, pending IAs stood disposed of.

The Court places on record its appreciation for able

assistance rendered by Sri M.Narayana Reddy, learned

Amicus Curiae. Registry shall pay him remuneration of

Rs.15,000/-.
