      This Criminal Revision Petition is filed under
Section 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C praying to allow the above
criminal revision petition and consequently be pleased to
set aside the impugned judgment dated 25.03.2013
passed by the I Addl. Sessions Judge, Bijapur in
Crl.A.No.55/2021 thereby confirming the judgment dated
09.09.2011 passed in C.C.No.180/2008 by the JMFC-I
Court, Bijapur.

      This revision petition coming on for Orders this day,
the Court made the following:

                        ORDER

The Court notice issued by this Court returned with

an endorsement that the revision petitioner is dead on

21.11.2017. The death certificate issued by the Chief

Registrar of Births and Deaths is also enclosed along with

the report.

Respondent called out absent.

Learned counsel Sri Bapugouda Siddappa is present.

He submits that since the revision petitioner is no more,

the petition may be dismissed as abated.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as abated.
